Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, a breast lift, fat transfer, a standard fold incision with a larger implant, and a later replacement or revision sit outside this figure unless they are named on the paper.
